Park Crest Bike Ride
We’ll cycle out to Burnaby and make our way to this highly reccommended diner. Expect 70s decor, a tall chef’s hat and a down to earth bargain breakfast/brunch or similar (in Vancouver terms anyway) Iain is our noble guide on this adventure. Helmet (on your head, not the handlebars), lights, food, snacks water, a spare inner tube for YOUR bike (the one you are on, and whatever fancy gadget you need to actually remove the wheel. The list gets longer. We have tyre levers and a pump. Bring money for the diner.
