Iceberg Lake, July 26th 2025

Five members ventured to Iceberg Lake in Whistler. We were thankful to find that new trail was a gradual and lovely ascent past beautiful waterfalls, giant devils club and a gorgeous meadow. The clouds parted at this time.
The mosquito activity was minimal to a bit heavier.

After the final kilometre push, we were rewarded by the beautiful turquoise glacier lake with a few icebergs.
We completed the 20 km, 1000 m trail in 6-6.5 hours, including a long lunch break.
The day was topped off by enjoying dirty fries and a drink in Squamish.
